Quiche for dinner. One weird thing that’s happened with egg prices being so outrageous due to bird flu and profiteering, when you encounter “cheap” eggs, you buy them. But don’t always communicate with the rest of the household. So, we had 3.5 doz eggs in the middle of an egg shortage. Hence, quiche!
