My wife is in her mid fifties. She is hosting for her family. Its the first Thanksgiving since her Mom died. This is also the first Thanksgiving dinner she has ever prepared. She's a so frazzled that she's asking me questions. I can barely make my own sandwich. I figure what she needs is confidence so I just give her my best wild ass guess with absolute confidence as though I were a world renowned chef. If its a disaster she can blame me. Gonna be interesting.
