While the victim was lying on their back on the floor, Schueler punched them 4 – 5 times in the face, nose, eyes and head area. Schueler caused the victim to suffer pain, broken facial skin, bleeding and swelling in the facial area. In addition, the victim's clothes were covered in blood.”
It would be very interesting to know the gender and race of the 16 year old... This could be anything from a failed attempt at rape to a failed attempt at robbery by a 16 year old thug.
