Second day in a row, half a pound of Angus ribeye for dinner.
Tonight I used avocado oil, last night I used olive.
It's thin cut which means means it cooks fast and in turn I can use very low heat and make it just barely browned and it's super tender with no raw (pink) middle.
Needless to say, it tastes amazing.
