I just spent 15 minutes, trying to convince a salesman at Relax The Back, that I wasn't there to try to sell him something, but only to ask for his impressions of my invention and the possible demand for it. He was steadfast in his need to shut off any and all discussion except, call this number. I don't think I've ever seen an attitude like it. It sounded like he hates the company he works for and even being helpful to someone asking questions would be complicit with the people who pay him.
