It looks likely that the Govt. will be pushing to reduce the time to get #electricity network extensions built, now (finally) realising that any move to #netzero will require enhanced #energy interconnections across the country to allow the transfer of #renewableenergy to where the demand is...
But, given #RishiSunak's general rowing back on #green commitments, I don't hold out much hope such a move will be extensive or radical enough to really enhance anything this decade!
