Just finished Robert Galbraith's Lethal White.
May have been a good book, but there are so many references to smoking. Not just a casual here and there, but frequently. Very frequently. Even when it seems irrelevant to the situation. Ew. All I could think of was how Striker must stink of cigarette smoke, how it would have infused his clothing and hair, how his breath would stink. None of that was mentioned in the book which seemed odd.
