I have this post-it reminding me to write some Drop-In Time toots. It says "A painful afternoon that I've enjoyed" This was what Dave said after we FINALLY figured out why he was getting his voice mails sometimes hours or days later.

Solution was to empty his voice mail trash and I'm STILL mad about how non-intuitive that was. Like, I'd call him from across the room, leave a message, and then zoom back to see a little red badge flash on his phone icon and then VANISH. No love, Verizon.
