I have definite mixed feelings about the Alec Baldwin manslaughter trial.
Especially as the 1st AD, who is the lead for set safety, didn't get sent to jail.
An actor is handed a lot of props they are expecting are prepped and ready to use, but also, a gun is a gun. And it sounds like there was so much horseplay with the gun on set.
It's just such a colossal breakdown of set protocol on so many levels....
I guess I'm lucky to have been on sets who take that seriously.
