Yes ! It Is not well documented but:
1. Install calibre on your computer
2. Import the books you want
3. Start the calibre web server
4. Ensure the pc firewalls allow connection on the server port ( default is 8080)
5. Connect the ebook reader to the same network
6. From the reader use the experimental browser and visit http://<your-pc-ip>:8080/mobile
7. Select and download the books

If the ebooks aren't signed with DRM you are done ;)
