1. NIP05 resolved to npub + NIP05 relaylist
2. NIP05 relaylist is REQ'd for {authors: [npub], #d: [identifier], kinds: [30617]}
3. Repo is cloned from the 30617 event's clone tag, using 'gitusername' from original URL
