And while this result is good, this part about #ScheduleA litigation being "the most efficient way to address the epidemic of counterfeit goods being sold in the United States on the internet by defendants located outside the United States" is still troubling.
By this point, we know that not all of these cases are about counterfeiting. We know that not all of the defendants are outside the United States. And efficiency is not a magic trump card for steamrolling over due process.
