Usually nothing unless there is a strong family history of genetic disorders. If there are any recessive mutations that rack up they will manifest in two ways mainly:
-Lower intelligence
-Midface anomalies (under- or over-developed jaw, narrow/wide-set eyes, face just doesn't "look right")
The problems occur with many successive generations of inbreeding
