What do people use to organize bookmark URLs? Like say, recipes or whatever. I've been using pinboard.in for since 2018. ~1200 URLs in there. Couldn't web without it (or something similar).

Years ago I did my undergrad thesis on tagging, I thought it was going to be a huge deal. But it just wasn't?! Del.ici.ous sold to Yahoo, who did nothing with it., and now it's some kind of AI grift.
