Alrighty! We have a fermentor, still, and molecular sieve desiccant on the way. Total cost about US$250. More than I'd like, but it's all quality equipment. This gear will allow me to convert pretty much anything with sugar or starch in it into a high-protein feed for my livestock and, as a by-product, alcohol fuel. The fermentor is where the yeast grow.
