I need to sit this one for a while. On the one hand, the performances are uniformly great and it looks stunning and the action is fantastic…

But on the other hand, given the current political climate, having a title like Civil War and showing some of the imagery it does, this is a movie with precious little to say. Not to mention, the very final couple of minutes were disastrously stupid.

I guess I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed. Such a wasted opportunity.
