Just in case anyone wants it/so I don't forget, A RECIPE:
- potatoes (boiled and peeled)
- green onions
- parsley (rough chopped)
- garlic (crushed, optional)
Dressing:
- olive oil
- Dijon mustard (mixed with oil from above)
- salt and pepper
- apple coder vinegar/white vinegar (to taste)

Then just mix all that together et voilà! Pomme de terre salade à la française!
