Just upgraded my Mac from Sonoma to Sequoia, and though I was pleasantly shocked that most of my workflow remained intact, there’s a weird bug that causes the “say” utility to intermittently hang after speaking.
So now all uses of “say” need to be kludged into “timeout X say Y”.
