isn't it nice that only now, two days after ascending & descending 1300 meters, I remember that I have compression socks that probably would have helped with my sore calves?
I mean the hike was worth it, but my goddess, I couldn't even walk down stairs yesterday lol. I could walk them up, but down? No.
