If the ads are aimed at federal employees to show the unions are trying... Eh. I'm not sure this is the right track. I have no idea how the negotiations and strike went, but I don't remember this being an issue. Are employees mad at the union for not negotiating this? I agree that the whole thing has been done terribly. Hot seats, having to reserve spots, no lockers etc. Put all this into ads. But maybe not right now. I'm not sure when, exactly. Also, maybe the ads aren't running everywhere. Maybe just in Ottawa?
