I don't know about breathwork as a freedom tool, but it is definitely a balancing tool one can use to balance the parasympathetic and the sympathetic nervous systems, the relax/digest- and the fight-or-flight-mode. This way you may be able to prevent or to get out of burnout syndrome. So, yes, in that way breathwork may be considered a freedom tool.
To me the "volatility" of Bitcoin can be seen as it's breath. It is breathing in and breathing out, sometimes with the also important pause between breaths.
