Soulexporter (npub1l6e…dl44) suggested Obsidian as a way to organize an event last year. Was quite interested, but a steep learning curve.
Additionally broadmode (npub1x45…armt) has suggested Bullet Journaling. Easier to learn and better for those that are more tactile.
