now i am starting to contemplate that i may have OCD too, i just assumed having intrusive thoughts on an infinite loop is just because i am an “overthinker”. it doesn’t impact my day to day life that badly, it just makes me perpetually sad and anxious. that’s the problem with all my disorders — they are not obvious, but i am slowly disintegrating by a thousand papercuts.
