I'm convinced "Windows modern standby" is a security risk. Every time I tell my work laptop to sleep, I can come back to it 5 minutes later and it's not asleep yet, and as soon as I touch spacebar or any key or click, or open the lid if closed, it'll go straight to the desktop as if I'd unlocked it.
