My battles with #depression and #anxiety were so lengthy and traumatic and it feels wonderful to be in a healthy place at last. Every single time I see someone else suffering I want to take away their pain. I can hardly describe how crippling and soul destroying it was. I had no joy, excitement or hope for the future. I was barely existing.
