It is a danger and a trade off. What is more dangerous? Censorship is a form of not allowing people to think. The right to be forgotten or to erase things that we once thought but turned out are not true, Is kind of a forgiveness and repentance. God commands that we forgive everyone. So... we have to be independent , we must be truthful , we must be wrong to get to right. Nostr is designed to not have a trusted third party because google , Facebook , twitter and the government overlords sucked so bad at it. The Government by ignoring the first amendment and doing a "run around" by having private companies violate it on their behalf is a thing. If you consider spending money speech well all sorts of uncomfortable things start to pop up about just how much control the government should have the power to coin and interstate commerce. We really do need a balance. We need to have a currency that spends in all states and to pay taxes in. We really need to overturn that FDR era supreme court decision on the interstate commerce clause. They ruled that a farmer, who's wheat he grew on his farm that never was or could cross a state line because it was for his farms use was part of interstate commerce because the lack of the product on the open market would effect prices.
