cream queen (npub1x6h…c3yv) I wonder if you could just order the shutter curtain fabric and redo the whole curtain. Sounds easier than trying to fix it. It doesn't need to be exactly the same fabric, because you are the one fiddling with the controls so can do half a stop more or less exposure to compensate.
