"content": "according to Wikipedia curses dates to 70s/80s (ncurses itself is was initially released in 1991 according to Wikipedia) but is nothing like the Borland tools. \n\nThe form and menu libraries in ncurses was added in 1995 (according to ncurses FAQ) those might be aesthetically similar. I can't find a screenshot of them.",
