Multiple people I followed on the Fedi have moved over to BlueSky. Though I can view them on here, I am not able to respond or engage without a bridge or an account on BlueSky.
At this point I am skeptical that BlueSky will not run into the same moderation and account volume issues that befell Twitter. There are too many unknowns about the future direction of the platform and its user community.
Either way I was never a joiner or follower of the newest hotness. I also do not have the time or attention span to join a new social media platform.
No judgement for those who made the move. But I feel that the Fedi is the place to be.
