I learned in all those annual Equal Opportunity trainings in the military that calling women by their first names, "Kamala" for example (looking at you Ron), is an example of subtle sexism. You will notice it's always "Vice President Pence" not "Mike". Another reason the GOP wants to eliminate those classes.
