At my local pool they're refurbishing the changing rooms. The contractors working on it are all blokes, so the two changing rooms are temporarily swapped, so the women are using the men's and vice versa, so the contractors can work in the women's changing room during normal opening hours.
The facilities are basically the same except that the men's has a couple of urinals in the toilet area. Apparently a lady complained cos she had to explain what urinals are to her daughter. 🙄
