The trend detected in the Martian rotation rate, translates into a decrease in Martian day length of 7.6 × 10−4 ms per year, which corresponds to a rotational acceleration of 4.0 ± 0.9 mas yr−2
Note that LOD is the rate of rotation, so a rate in LOD is a quadratic in angle (mas) - also, a Martian mas is ~1.6 cm so this amounts to ~6.4 cm / yr^2. Also note that this is based on a combination of Insight and Viking data.
