Not really. Bites from Black Widows, like nearly every other araneomorphae spider, is usually caused by your squeezing the spider. Again, it's a question of how you define a bite. I've not seen a single example of someone getting bitten by a spider without apply some sort of pressure against it.
As for the deadly bit, bites from them are extremely painful, causing a sensation of extreme muscle fatigue, but deaths from black widows are so rare that most of the time there were external factors that are more likely to have been the cause of death. For example, the first recorded death from a black window occurred in 1900, but the doctor gave him strychnine and alcohol for the pain. Most likely, the treatment is what killed him, not the bite by itself.
