Just got home from an excursion into public. Farmer's market. Got over stimulated, stressed, and ended up with delusions running wild. Like, I know that the delusions are untrue, and that keeps me from becoming violent - but it's extremely stressful. I've only recently kinda gotten into expressing this out loud to people who are not my psychiatrist or therapist. Wish it wouldn't happen, but it does, and I'm just glad I'm able to think my way through things, rather than lashing out, generally
