I can't agree more. Conferences are good because of meeting Internet Friends from far away and making memories with them, not because of influencers, suits & thinkbois talking about things they have already said on all the podcasts.

To all the organizers out there - I would urge you to lean hard into creating spaces where people laugh and make memories together and less into lining up chairs for keynote speeches.
