Everything else is a corporation pretending they're not, basically. Bitcoin is neutral and dedicated to the most important feature of cryptocurrency; being decentralized and secure sovereign money. All other systems prioritize speed or utility at the expense of security and decentralization because that benefits the features they provide that Bitcoin doesn't, which helps sell those tokens, which helps the bag holders dump on retail.
