So I just bought this for the PC-9821: an ADPCM expansion RAM chip that reenables ADPCM on YM2608b based models and sound cards.

I'm going to install this in one of mine when it arrives and listen to some FM music with PCM samples. Notably this was used for two things, PC-8801 music/emulator playback, and "Speak Board" games.
