Ok, i loaded up the pot that I'll be using to cook some roast in the solar oven tomorrow. This is what went in the pot: locally raised beef roast, carrots, brocolli, onions, garlic, corn on the cob. Seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, smoked chipotle powder. Did the prep today since we're heading to church in the morning and I wont have much time. I'll put the pot in the solar oven before we leave, and let it cook. I'll try to remember to take pics as i load it in the oven tomorrow. If yall have never cooked in one, its basically like cooking in a crockpot, and time will depend on position of sun and how often you rotate the solar oven to follow the sun.
