Seeing people talk about how they're buying no-Kyc Bitcoin by doing a money transfer to the seller from their bank account is funky. "What if" the IRS or any other agency clamps down on that person and their accounts for unlicensed brokerage services? It doesn't matter if you send the coins through a mixer afterwards. You've already established the paper trail and the acquisition is undeniable. If you also happen to be in the EU you're double-screwed.

So unless you're going down the gift cards path and/or willing to pay a premium for using funky alternate payment options you're doxed no matter what you do with your coins afterwards. You are accountable for the initial transfer.
