Rocket design is largely based on necessity. Some look more like a penis than others, but building rockets to utilize and explore space and things beyond Earth is not about "compensating" for a small penis. It's about reaching beyond our planet to benefit humanity (and certain bank accounts) using resources and knowledge not attainable on our planet. Claiming that men build rockets to "compensate" makes a person sound biased, childish, and ignorant. Women build rockets too.
