#WritingWonders 7.6 — MC POV: Name one thing that is guaranteed to make you angry? Why? Funny you should ask! I think they call it journalling when you write about the events in your life, right? In what I would call Reluctant Accomplice, I wrote the following #excerpt; note the italics:

The thief certainly didn't see me following a half a block behind in the dark.

He dashed from the shadow of the shuttered diner across the street. Like a hawk in a stoop, he grabbed the saint's kit bag, spinning the man into the brick wall, disappearing around the corner.

I was already running. I hated when stupid people did stupid things to people they thought they were better than. I hated it almost as much when I ran after said stupid people without thinking! Despite being a daemon, I ran pretty well.
