Added some logic to the automations that set the "Current Energy Price" entity used for displaying in the Dashboard.

I need to do the same for the entity used by the Energy Dashboard. I currently have to update them when we switch from Winter to Summer.

Should be easy enough to create a new helper input.number and then an automation to keep the price up to date.

I still have to keep an eye on any rate changes to update my source entities.
