This is sad news. I used to used to buy KYC'ed bitcoins from Coinbase and then meet up with someone at Starbucks and exchange cash for non-KYC'ed bitcoins with LocalBitcoins (until Coinbase shut down my account). I wish this kind of transaction was more commonplace.
