I actually have 4 of the bitaxe ultras. This doesn't "obsolete" it as the bitaxe hex should also be more efficient. I'm just happy there are more affordable options hitting the market.
If the Canaan is legit, then I'd say the bitaxe that's more like an open source "performance car". Which still fulfills a niche & should have market demand.
You really can't beat getting a couple of TH/s for ~$100
hopefully it actually launches soon!
