given that disruptions happen regularly regardless of weather conditions, such actions should be labeled as move-along-keep-moving, as there is nothing new and unexpected to see.
At least there was milestone improvement in public transport arrivals when (some) of vehicles were fitted with GPS and such data was bound to apps used by passengers. Those without apps are forced to be stuck with previous century issues or hope that waiting stations announce appropriate delays…
