I read this piece and, as others have noted, this is quite a doozy: “Will he be prosecuted in those states, too? At some point, it becomes unfair”

I’d like to ask Ms Marcus how many crimes is the limit from where prosecution of even more crimes is unfair. How many bank robberies, or rapes, or murders, before we just give the accused a pass on all the rest? How much fraud?

I don’t need to read any more from Ms Marcus.

And yes, prosecute in those states too. #RuleOfLaw
