I think the temptation to overgeneralize from the #election results is strong; the salient fact in my opinion is (a) that #Trump got fewer votes this year than in 2020, and (b) #Harris got 15-16 million fewer votes than #Biden. The #Dems lost badly because their own voters did not participate, full stop.
