I've been making it a tradition to go out for a few days to the Mojave in December. Over the last few years I've been out to Red Rock, Lake Mead, Joshua Tree and Death Valley. A week or so out in the desert is good for my soul. This weekend I'm heading out again to JT for ten days with the pup.
