In the case of your podcast, this is therapeutic. But also an opportunity to let people know they are not alone in their feelings of loss. A way of helping yourself by helping others as well.
Unfortunately, I am seeing more and more of so-called traditional women posting videos like this in an effort to show up other women who do not "traditional" as hard as they do.
