However you did mention that those images are to be CC-BY-SA which isn't public domain but still expresses that people may use and remix it. I don't know, i don't even know how often people at large follow these specific rules when you do allow them to appropriate it so it's up to you - if you disagree with Pixabay's content licensing policy, then I will not upload the three wizards there.
